No drilling into uPVC
For uPVC windows we default to Perfect Fit — clips onto the rubber beading, no screws in the frame. Where we fix into a wall or ceiling, we use the right anchor for dot-and-dab plasterboard reveals. Standard 40mm plugs pull straight out of new build walls — this is where DIY jobs fail six months later.
Phased if the budget needs phasing
Deposit's gone, carpets in, kitchen on order, we get it. Bedrooms and bathroom now, rest in three months if that helps. Your 10% offer stays locked in for the remaining rooms whenever you're ready.
